This kit includes everything you need to turn your 3D-printed Rig designs into RC rock crawlers you control with your phone or tablet. Includes the following items:

- (4) 55mm x 1.0 Rock Crawler Tires
- (1) 2000mah 3.7v Lithium-polymer battery
- (4) PowerPortal Connection Cables
Note: Printed enclosures for BrainBox and PowerPortals are not included but can be added to any of your rig designs in Rig Lab and printed for free.
The BrainBox V1.0 is the brain of the ClickRigs RC and autonomous rigs, and lets you control your rig with any phone or tablet (via wifi and web browser). No app to install or internet connection required.
PowerPortals are motorized wheels with an integrated motor and gear reduction. Enough torque and precision control to turn your rig design into a capable rock crawler. PowerPortals attach to any of the standard ClickRigs wheel attachments.
The BrainBox is built around our own motor driver board paired with an Adafruit ESP-32 microcontroller (included). You get four channels of PowerPortal control, built-in charging for the 3.7v lithium-polymer battery (via usb-c), JST-PH connectors for the battery input and the motor connections so it's easy to wire up your new rigs. No soldering required.

2. Real Suspension
ClickRigs suspensions are engineered to perform like the real thing. Each system uses true mechanical geometry that can be tuned for different terrains, giving every rig authentic movement and handling. Unlike typical RC setups with fragile springs and linkages, ClickRigs suspensions are built as compliant mechanisms made from an incredibly tough elastomer. They flex, absorb, and rebound naturally, so kids can push their builds hard without breaking parts.
3. Rough and Tumble
ClickRigs are built to play rough. At the heart of every build is the Core Connection System, featuring our proprietary Snap Dot technology. Each Snap Dot is an elastomeric connector that flexes to absorb impact energy across hundreds of connection points, keeping parts locked together during even the roughest play. Made from the same ultra-durable elastomer used in our suspension mechanisms, Snap Dots make ClickRigs tough, forgiving, and endlessly rebuildable.
