In the world of Harley Dome, almost everything is manufactured by Secret Facility. So a lot of these mod kits are official Secret Facility HD (SFHD) kits. But there's also a crew of modders known as the Mod Paradise Collective (MPC), who repurpose components to create the kinds of rigs that Secret Facility won't.
